Alessandra Pagani is an internationally acclaimed photographer whose lens captures the interplay of light, culture, and human emotion. While rooted  in the world of street photography her work also transcend borders, drawing inspiration from the raw beauty of landscapes like the sun  drenched shores of the isle of Lesvos.

In recent years Alessandra has immersed herself in the hauntingly vibrant spirit of the Aegean, channeling the mythic energy of Lesvos into her art. Her projects on the island explore the duality of its identity. a place of ancient olive groves and refugee resilience, where turquoise waves meet stories of migration and rebirth.

Her Eressos Series a blend of portraiture and documentary style photography showcases the quiet strenght of local communities, juxtaposed with the island ethereal light. These images, often bathed in the golden hues of Mediterranean dawns, have been exhibited in Milan , London, Athens and Lesvos, bringing her signature sophistication with a newfound earthy authenticity.

When not shooting Alessandra retreats to  her house in the traditional village of Eressos collaborating with grassroots organisations to amplify marginalized voices through visual storytelling. Her work here reflects her belief that beauty exists in both the curated and the candid a philosophy that continues to redefine her evolving legacy.
